The peer-reviewed Journal “Hospital-replacing technologies. Ambulatory Surgery” was established in 2001 as a multidisciplinary journal for practicing pre-hospital surgeons on the basis of S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy at the Department of Outpatient and Polyclinic Care and Clinic of Ambulatory Surgery as a platform for original publications of domestic and foreign medical scientists on current issues of hospital-replacing technologies.
In 2014, the Journal “Hospital-replacing technologies. Ambulatory Surgery”reached a new level, it changed its publishing house, due to which it expanded the address base of medical institutions, which made it possible to provide doctors with high-quality information in all regions of Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. The journal is published twice a year with a circulation of 10,000 copies. The circulation is certified by ABC Audit Bureau.
Since 2021 the journal has been called “Ambulatory Surgery (Russia)”.
