Effective conservative therapy of acute anal fissure
Abstract
An acute anal fissure causes sharp pains during stool and after defecation. The disease is often accompanied by exacerbation of hemorrhoid, which is often observed in women at late pregnancy terms and after difficult delivery. In order to repair the acute anal fissure it's necessary to remove the pain spasm of anal sphincter, rectal suppositories proved their effectiveness in this respect
