В статье рассматриваются методы ускорения заживления ран у пациентов после оперативных вмешательств на анальном канале. Заживление в этой анатомической зоне сопряжено с трудностями из-за постоянной бактериальной обсемененности, механического воздействия при дефекации и риска ишемии тканей, что обосновывает необходимость комплексного подхода к лечению. Были проанализированы наиболее значимые зарубежные и отечественные источники через поисковые системы PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU и cyberleninka.ru за последние годы с использованием следующих ключевых слов и их сочетаний: «анальный канал», «раневой процесс», «репарация тканей», «заживление ран анального канала», «сроки заживления ран анального канала». Статья предлагает детальный обзор современных стратегий ведения послеоперационного периода у пациентов, перенесших оперативное вмешательство на анальном канале. Анализ охватывает широкий спектр методов: от фундаментальных принципов фармакотерапии послеоперационного периода и современных хирургических техник, улучшающих репарацию ран анального канала, до применения интерактивных раневых покрытий, физиотерапии и перспективных биотехнологий. При этом детально проанализированы патогенетические механизмы действия каждого метода, их эффективность и роль в создании оптимальных условий для репарации тканей анального канала. Ключевым моментом в улучшении репарации, сокращении сроков заживления ран анального канала и скорейшей послеоперационной реабилитации пациентов является комплексный подход. Перспективы дальнейших исследований видятся в оптимизации протоколов лечения и проведении крупных сравнительных исследований для определения наиболее эффективных алгоритмов ведения пациентов, перенесших вмешательство на анальном канале.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Surgical interventions performed for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and rectal fistulas are associated with the formation of anal canal wounds that have a number of unique characteristics. This article discusses methods for accelerating wound healing in patients undergoing anal surgery. Healing in this anatomical area is challenging due to constant bacterial contamination, mechanical stress during defecation, and the risk of tissue ischemia, which necessitates a comprehensive approach to treatment. The most significant foreign and domestic sources were analyzed through the search engines PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU and cyberleninka.ru in recent years using the following keywords and their combinations: "anal canal", "wound process", "tissue repair", "anal canal wound healing", "anal canal wound healing time". The article provides a detailed review of modern strategies for managing the postoperative period in patients who have undergone surgery on the anal canal. The analysis covers a wide range of methods: from the fundamental principles of postoperative pharmacotherapy and modern surgical techniques that improve anal canal wound repair, to the use of interactive wound dressings, physiotherapy, and promising biotechnologies. At the same time, the pathogenetic mechanisms of action of each method, their effectiveness and role in creating optimal conditions for the reparation of anal canal tissues were analyzed in detail. A comprehensive approach is key to improving reparation, reducing the healing time of anal canal wounds, and speeding up postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
