Хронические заболевания вен (ХЗВ) относятся к наиболее распространенным патологиям периферических сосудов. Этими заболеваниями страдают более половины населения мира. ХЗВ имеют не только большое медицинское значение, но также оказывают значительный социально-экономический эффект, который только усиливается омоложением этого заболевания в последние годы. Одним из компонентов комплексной терапии ХЗВ являются антикоагулянты прямого действия, в частности сулодексид (Вессел Дуэ Ф, «Альфа Вассерманн»). При лечении ХЗВ, сопровождающихся отеками и трофическими нарушениями, сулодексид может способствовать замедлению прогрессирования признаков и симптомов заболевания у пациентов со всеми клиническими классами тяжести ХЗВ (от С1 до С6).
