В настоящее время не менее 3 млн человек в Российской Федерации страдают венозными трофическими язвами [1]. Основную роль в современном представлении патогенеза ХВН играет динамическая венозная гипертензия, что и определяет приоритет хирургических методов лечения этой патологии. В то же время, по данным P.D. Colerige Smith (2003) и Н. Partsch (2003), из-за большого количества абсолютных и относительных противопоказаний хирургическое вмешательство в среднем проводится лишь у одного пациента из четырех.

Currently no less than 3 mln people in the Russian Federation suffer from venous trophic ulcers [1]. The dynamic venous hypertension plays the major role in the modern representation of chronic vein insufficiency pathogenesis, which predetermines the priority of surgical methods of this pathology therapy.
