За последние три четверти века было представлено значительное число исследований физиологии венозного возврата в системе нижней полой вены. Однако при анализе сведений по данной теме отмечается разрозненность представлений об анатомии и физиологии венозного насоса нижних конечностей. Его составные элементы в основном рассматриваются по отдельности, что приводит к выделению и преувеличению важности роли одних структур: например, мышечно-венозной помпы голени, клапанного аппарата вен, и недооценке других частей системы, таких как венозная помпа стопы или фасции. Также не уделено должного внимания взаимосвязи компонентов системы венозного возврата между собой и интеграции венозного возврата в структуру шагового цикла. Кроме того, механизм венозного возврата рассматривается исключительно в двух ипостасях: в вертикальном положении при ходьбе и лежа, но в самых распространенных в нынешнем индустриальном обществе положениях тела, таких как сидеть и стоять, слабо изучен. Цель обзора – на основании данных отечественных и зарубежных источников продемонстрировать развитие представлений об анатомии и физиологии венозной помпы стопы, обобщить имеющиеся данные, показать важность функции венозной помпы стопы в системе венозного возврата, указать на связь функции венозного возврата и шагового цикла. Полученные данные обращают внимание на глубочайшую интеграцию функции опорно-двигательного аппарата и системы венозного возврата в норме и патологии, подчеркивают важность пересмотра и дополнения общепринятых взглядов на механизм венозного возврата в системе нижней полой вены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The growing interest in chronic venous diseases of the extremities reflects their increasing prevalence in modern society, particularly among lower socioeconomic groups. Over the past 75 years, significant research has expanded our understanding of venous return physiology within the inferior vena cava system. However, when examining this topic, the understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the venous pump in the lower extremities appears fragmented. Key components are often considered in isolation, leading to an overemphasis on certain structures, such as the musculovenous pump of the calf and the venous valve system, while other essential elements like the venous pump of the foot and the role of fascia are underestimated or overlooked. Moreover, insufficient attention has been given to the interplay between the components of the venous return system and how they integrate into the mechanics of the step cycle. The venous return mechanism is predominantly examined in two scenarios – upright walking andlying down – while the more common body positions in modern industrial society, such assitting and standing, remain inadequately studied. The purpose of this literature review isto synthesize data from domestic and international sources to trace the evolution of concepts surrounding the anatomy and physiology of the foot’s venous pump.
