Растет и количество случаев доброкачественных дисплазий молочных желез, пролиферативные формы которых имеют повышенный риск развития рака молочной железы, особенно при наличии атипии. Определить гистологический подтип заболевания возможно только после морфологического исследования, что ставит перед врачом задачу выбора оптимального способа получения биоптата. Вакуумная аспирационная биопсия – малоинвазивный способ диагностики генеза очаговой патологии молочной железы, который также применяется с лечебной целью для полного удаления новообразований доброкачественного характера. Высокая степень эффективности, а также благоприятные клинические исходы позволили вакуумной аспирационной биопсии завоевать широкую популярность в клинической практике, благодаря чему метод получил широкое развитие. Однако, как и любое хирургическое вмешательство, процедура вакуумной аспирационной биопсии может сопровождаться осложнениями, основную долю которых составляют геморрагические. Авторы обобщили и систематизировали информацию о развитии методики вакуумной аспирационной биопсии, распространенности и факторах риска осложнений, а также методах их профилактики и своевременной ликвидации. Научные публикации, цитируемые в данном литературном обзоре, были отобраны из базы данных медицинских и биологических публикаций Pubmed (Национальный центр биотехнологической информации (NCBI), США), базы данных Сlinical Key (корпорация Elsevier, Нидерланды), Web of Science Citation Indexing Database (Clarivate, США), Google Scholar (CIF), научной электронной библиотеки elibrary.ru (Россия). Представленная в статье информация может стать теоретической основой для будущих исследований, направленных на повышение безопасности, дальнейшее развитие и усовершенствование методики вакуумной аспирационной биопсии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In Russia, more than 70,000 new cases of breast cancer are registered annually. Vacuum aspiration biopsy (VAB) is a minimally invasive method for diagnosing the genesis of focal breast pathology, which is also used for therapeutic purposes for the complete removal of benign neoplasms. High efficiency and favorable clinical outcomes have allowed VAB to gain wide popularity in clinical practice, due to which the method has been widely developed. However, like any surgical intervention, the VAB procedure may be accompanied by complications, the main share of which are hemorrhagic. Generalization and systematization of information on the development of the VAB technique, prevalence and risk factors of complications, as well as methods of their prevention and timely elimination. Scientific publications cited in this literature review were selected from the Pubmed database of medical and biological publications (National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), USA), the Clinical Key database (Elsevier Corporation, the Netherlands), Web of Science Citation Indexing Database (Clarivate, USA), Google Scholar (CIF), and the scientific electronic library elibrary.ru (Russia).
