Приводимые данные основаны на российских и зарубежных рекомендациях по лечению и вторичной профилактике данной патологии, а также собственном опыте Пироговского центра. Особый акцент сделан на возможности амбулаторного ведения отдельных подгрупп пациентов с ВТЭО.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The articLe discusses the main criteria for the seLection of anticoaguLation therapy in patients with venous throm-boemboLic compLications (VTEC) in different cLinicaL situations. The presented data are sourced from the Russian and global guidelines on the treatment and secondary prevention of the disease, as well as the authors' own experience at the Pirogov center.
