Лечение острого поверхностного тромбофлебита должно быть комплексным и наряду с обязательной компрессионной терапией включать в себя как системное, так и местное использование лекарственных препаратов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить эффективность и безопасность применения комбинированного геля на основе гепарина натрия, эсцина и фосфолипидов в реальной клинической практике в лечении острого тромбофлебита поверхностных вен.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включили 68 пациентов с варикозной болезнью, осложненной тромбофлебитом поверхностных вен. В 1-й группе пациентов (n = 33) топические лекарственные препараты не применялись, во 2-й (n = 35) ежедневно применяли комбинированный гель. Препарат наносили на кожу нижних конечностей в области поверхностного тромбофлебита – 3 раза в сутки 1 г геля. Его общее суточное количество не превышало 4 г. Период наблюдения составил 10 суток. Проводили динамическую балльную оценку клинических симптомов с использованием линейной аналоговой шкалы и термометрию кожных покровов нижних конечностей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На 10-е сутки у пациентов основной группы отмечено статистически значимое снижение термографических показателей в зоне тромбофлебита: Tmin 33,23 ± 0,12 °С, Тmax 39,86 ± 0,24 °С, Тmean 40,01 ± 0,16 °С (p ≤ 0,05). При оценке симптомов тромбофлебита с помощью линейной аналоговой шкалы через 10 суток лечения отмечено общее снижение количества баллов в группе контроля до 16,4 ± 0,12 и в основной группе до 12,3 ± 0,16 (p ≤ 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Комбинированный гель является эффективным и безопасным препаратом для лечения пациентов с острым тромбофлебитом поверхностных вен нижних конечностей. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Treatment of thrombophlebitis should be complex and, along with mandatory compression, include both systemic and local use of drugs.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the standardized use of the combined drug gel containing heparin sodium, aescin and essential phospholipids in real clinical practice in the treatment of superficial vein thrombophlebitis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 68 patients with varicose veins complicated by superficial vein thrombophlebitis. In group 1 patients (n = 33), topical drugs were not used. In group 2 patients (n = 35), combined gel was used daily. The drug was applied to the skin of the lower extremities three times a day, 1 g of gel. Its total daily amount did not exceed 4 g of gel. The observation period was 10 days. A dynamic scoring of clinical symptoms was performed using alinear analog scale and thermometry of the skin of the lower extremities.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. On day 10, patients of the main group showed a statistically significant decrease in thermographic parameters in the area of thrombophlebitis: Tmin 33.23 ± 0.12 °C, Tmax 39.86 ± 0.24 °C, Tmean 40.01 ± 0.16 °С (p ≤ 0.05). When assessing the symptoms of thrombophlebitis using alinear analog scale after 10 days of treatment, there was a general decrease in the number of points in the control group to 16.4 ± 0.12 and in the main group to 12.3 ± 0.16 points (p ≤ 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
