Рассматривается место нестероидных противовоспалительных средств (НПВС) в лечении послеоперационного болевого синдрома. Обсуждаются вопросы безопасности нимесулида в сравнении с другими НПВС. Сделан вывод, что нимесулид - препарат с весьма благоприятным сочетанием мощного анальгетического, противовоспалительного действия и хорошей переносимости. Клинические исследования и большой опыт применения нимесулида позволяют считать, что он является препаратом выбора для лечения послеоперационной боли средней и умеренной интенсивности.

The place of nonsteroid resolvents (NPVS) in treatment of a postoperative pain syndrome is considered. Safety issues of a nimesutid in comparison with other NPVS are discussed. The conclusion is drawn that nimesutid - a preparation with very favorable combination of powerful analgetic, anti-infLammatory action and good tolerance.
