Введение. Эффективность лечения геморроидальной болезни основывается на частоте рецидива симптомов геморроя, развитии ранних и поздних послеоперационных осложнений, а также степени удовлетворенности пациента результатами лечения. Однако не учитывается такой показатель, как качество жизни, на который в числе других факторов влияет здоровье человека.

Цель

Цель. Получить данные о влиянии метода и вида лечения на качество жизни пациентов, страдающих острым или хроническим геморроем.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ влияния метода лечения на качество жизни пациентов, страдающих острым или хроническим геморроем. В анализ вошло 1 032 пациента с I–IV стадией геморроя. Возраст больных – 44,8 ± 13,0 (18–94) лет. В исследование вошло 509 (49,3%) мужчин и 523 (50,7%) женщины.

Результаты

Результаты. Показатели качества жизни до лечения во всех группах находятся в пределах референтных значений, что связано с адаптацией пациентов к заболеванию. После лечения показатели качества жизни закономерно повышаются. Однако у больных после геморроидэктомии, независимо от характера методики, показатели качества жизни значительно ниже, чем у пациентов 1-й и 2-й групп.

Выводы

Выводы. Показатели качества жизни во всех группах до проведения лечения находятся в пределах референтных значений и не имеют статистически значимых различий по рассматриваемым показателям. После проведенного лечения отмечается статистически значимое повышение показателей качества жизни по всем шкалам. После геморроидэктомии, независимо от характера методики, показатели качества жизни значительно ниже, чем у пациентов 1-й и 2-й групп, что связано с операционной травмой. Поскольку группы пациентов неоднородные по стадиям заболевания, можно предполагать, что для каждой стадии геморроя существует свое субъективное восприятие заболевания, которое может отражаться на показателях качества жизни, что требует дополнительного анализа полученных результатов.

Introduction

Introduction. The effectiveness of the treatment of hemorrhoidal disease is based on the frequency of recurrence of hemorrhoid symptoms, the development of early and late postoperative complications, as well as the degree of patient satisfaction with the results of treatment. However, such an indicator as quality of life, which reflects the health of the patient, is not taken into account.

Aim

Aim. Obtaining data on the influence of the method and type of treatment on the quality of life of patients suffering from acute or chronic hemorrhoids.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The analysis of the influence of the treatment method on the quality of life of patients suffering from acute or chronic hemorrhoids was carried out. The analysis included 1032 patients with stage I–IV hemorrhoids. The age of the patients was 44.8 ± 13.0 (18–94) years. The study included 509 (49.3%) men and 523 (50.7%) women.

After the treatment, there is a statistically significant increase in the quality of life indicators in all scales. After hemorrhoidectomy, regardless of the nature of the technique, quality of life indicators are significantly lower than in patients of groups 1 and 2, which is associated with surgical trauma. Since the groups of patients are heterogeneous in terms of the stages of the disease, it can be assumed that for each stage of hemorrhoids, there is a subjective perception of the disease, which can be reflected in the quality of life indicators, which requires additional analysis of the results obtained.
