В последние десятилетия был выявлен ряд факторов риска ХЗВ, но лишь недавно стала обсуждаться роль воспаления и дисфункции эндотелия. Современные знания позволяют выделить несколько приоритетных стратегий и целей, направленных на коррекцию основных патофизиологических механизмов развития и прогрессирования ХЗВ. В частности, применение веноактивных препаратов, роль которых в повышении тонуса и сократимости вен, уменьшении воспаления и отека, а также улучшении микроциркуляции и ускорении заживления венозных язв была тщательно изучена и с положительными результатами представлена в различных публикациях. В данном обзоре представлены различные патофизиологические механизмы развития ХЗВ, которые и служат целями для лекарственной терапии с помощью ряда веноактивных препаратов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p><ext-link xlink:href="https://www.a-surgeon.ru/jour/pages/view/retr4" ext-link-type="uri">RETRACTED ARTICLE</ext-link></p><p>Chronic venous disease (CVD) is the most common vascular pathology that has a significant negative effect on physical and psychological health outcomes, and requires high level of public spending on healthcare. Number of CVD risk factors has been identified in recent decades, but only recently have the experts begun to discuss the role of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction. Modern knowledge enables us to identify several priority strategies and goals aimed at managing the basic pathophysiological mechanisms of the development and progression of CVD. In particular, the use of venoactive drugs, which role in enhancing vascular tone and contractility, reducing inflammation and edema and improving microcirculation and accelerating the healing of venous leg ulcers has been carefully studied and presented with positive outcomes in various publications. This review provides various pathophysiological mechanisms of the development of CVD, which present the targets for venoactive drug therapies.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронические заболевания вен</kwd><kwd>хроническая венозная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>эндотелиальная дисфункция</kwd><kwd>веноактивные препараты</kwd><kwd>флавоноид</kwd><kwd>микронизированная очищенная флавоноидная фракция</kwd><kwd>MОФФ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic venous diseases</kwd><kwd>chronic venous insufficiency</kwd><kwd>endothelial dysfunction</kwd><kwd>venoactive drugs</kwd><kwd>flavonoid</kwd><kwd>micronized&#13;
