Геморроидальная  болезнь известна с древних времен и остается одним из наиболее  частых заболеваний человека.  В обзоре представлены  результаты  исследований  по применению  в консервативной  терапии  геморроя  комбинации  трибенозида  и лидокаина, которые дают основание рекомендовать комбинированную терапию трибенозидом и лидокаином в виде ректального крема и ректальных суппозиториев в качестве эффективного и безопасного метода локального лечения геморроя легкой и средней степени тяжести у различных категорий пациентов, позволяющего добиться быстрого клинического улучшения.

Hemorrhoidal  disease  has been  known since  ancient  times  and remains  one of the  most  common human  diseases. This review presents the results  of tribenoside and lidocaine combinations used in the conservative therapy of hemorrhoids, which give grounds to  recommend  combination  therapy  with tribenoside and lidocaine  in the  form of rectal  cream and rectal  suppositories as an effective  and safe method of local treatment of hemorrhoids  and moderate  severity in different categories of patients, allowing to achieve rapid clinical improvement.
