Помимо поверхностных вен нижних конечностей трансформация часто затрагивает вены малого таза. Тактика ведения  беременных с расширением вен промежности и гениталий в настоящее время является одной из актуальных проблем на стыке флебологии и акушерства-гинекологии. В статье рассмотрены возможные варианты консервативного  лечения женщин с вульварным и промежностным варикозом на фоне беременности, в т. ч. обсуждены возможность и целесообразность использования системной фармакотерапии  веноактивными  препаратами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pregnancy is an important specific risk factor for the development of chronic vein diseases  in women. In addition  to the superficial veins of the lower limbs, transformation often affects the pelvic veins. The management of pregnant women with vulvar and perineal varicose veins is one of the urgent  problems of nowadays at the intersection of phlebology  and obstetrics-gynecology.
