Нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП) - одна из наиболее востребованных групп лекарственных средств. Это универсальные анальгетики, которые с успехом применяются во всех отраслях медицины в тех случаях, когда перед лечащим врачом стоит задача борьбы с острой или хронической болью. Сочетание обезболивающего и противовоспалительного потенциала (уникальное для этого класса лекарств), удобство применения и эффективность сделали НПВП незаменимым инструментом как для ургентной анальгезии, так и для длительного контроля симптомов при хронических заболеваниях опорно-двигательного аппарата [1, 2].
