Фармакотерапия с использованием веноактивных препаратов - один из основных принципов консервативного лечения как малых, так и осложненных форм. Эффективность терапии во многом связана с выбором флеботропного препарата. Рассмотрены подходы к системной и топической медикаментозной терапии в зависимости от формы и стадии ХВН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) is the most common pathology of the peripheral vascular system. One of the main principles of conservative treatment for both small and complicated forms is pharmacotherapy with the use of venoactive drugs. The effectiveness of therapy is largely associated with the choice of phlebotrophic drug.
